![]() Let your Spirit Fly Yoga helps us to become more effective in problem solving. We can't always avoid problems but when they do come along we can take them with less emotion and reaction, thereby rising to a position of power and positive solution rather than being overwhelmed and taking the victim role. 2. Cleansing Yoga is a powerful cleanser of our mind, body and spirit. We create space in yoga for the acquisition of higher knowledge and an understanding of ourselves from the inside out.. We leave worn out attitudes behind us and replace them with positive energy.
4. Opportunities and Value Fulfillment When we do yoga we start to become clear with what we want and start to manifest our deepest desires. There is no need to fight or manipulate to get these things. The opportunities present themselves naturally and effortlessly. 5. Control As we take more control over our lives, we have less need to exercise control over others. We become more trusting of life and feel secure that everything is running exactly the way it should. With this, we give space to ourselves and others to grow without trying to take charge. 6. Higher Attitudes Yoga makes us understand the higher faculties of the mind as we rise above the duality of the mundane world. We see ourselves giving more respect towards others too. Trust, acceptance and gratitude are bi- products of this self respect. We live with fewer expectations and judgements. 7. Character Yoga builds our character in the sense that we become worthwhile people to ourselves and others. Our thinking will become clearer and it will be easier to act consistently, to be truthful, fair and be reliable. 8. Healing Our healing touch is enhanced by doing yoga. As we heal ourselves, we heal others right down to our words, touch and smile. 9. Health Yoga, meditation and pranayama and the pure code of living a yogic life together with diet improves one's immune system and we enjoy abundant health and full power energy. 10. Presence Yoga makes us shine from the inside out. Some believe this is the aura of our body expanding, the electromagnetic field radiating outwards. We walk tall, with grace and are more poised and effective as human beings. 11. Pure Knowing Our intuitive powers increase by doing yoga. We will know things in the depth of our hearts and be able to make clear choices by knowing what is real and true to us. Our intuitive powers are the strongest deciding powers we have, telling us what is right and best. Until we develop these powers, we lack being in the reality we decide to create. 12. Protection When our intuitive powers are intact we are alerted to dangers and do not fall into situtations that could potentially harm us. We also will not attract negative powers towards us. 13. Prayer Power Our channels to our Higher Power in whatever form we imagine this to be, becomes clearer when do yoga. When we pray or practice any kind of devotional service, we will do this with increased humility and clarity. 14. Joyful Living We realise when we do yoga that we don't need a 'reason to be happy'..because we just are. Life becomes relaxed and fun! 15. Higher Awareness Through meditation, we become initmate with ourselves and find the God within and with that realisation, in others as well. This relationship helps us to become deeper and more caring individuals. 16. The Universal Connection We align our body, mind and Spirit in yoga and naturally align to higher cosmic forces in the Universe. We realise that this body we own is just a house for our Spirit that holds no boundaries in this huge Cosmos. 17. Impacting World Peace and Becoming a Force for Good The more we shine, the more we impart our Light to those around us and elevate the consciousness of the Planet. Inner Peace creates Outer Peace. This goodwill extends to our family friends and work places. 18. A Drugless High Recreational drugs can sometimes give us the feeling that we are in contact with our Higher Power through exalted sensations and euphoric experiencess however these feelings are mostly short lived and there are side effects and expenses. It also clouds our higher faculties and attaches us more to our ego and self interest. The loss of health, freedom, family, friends, memory, dignity and respect is hardly worth the experience. Yoga gives us inner power that we can reach at anytime. We learn to exercise power over ourselves and live life to the fullest. We have the possibility to experience the same effects that drugs might give us but in a perfectly legal way and with no harm to ourselves or our ego's or loved ones. We reach true communion with our Spirit and the positivity that life has to offer! And with this positivity we extend the energy outwards to our fellow brothers.
