Shankari’s Bali Retreat offers a safe place to let go and heal in the most prized area of Bali. Shankari, an Australian jewelery designer, built the spiritual retreat knowing the land holds special powers and lays upon an energetic gridline vortex.

Balian means “a place of magic”. For the Balinese it is a magical area where the Sacred River Balian meets the sea. It is also has a fun, intermediate surf break and it is great place to get away from the more crowded areas of Bali.

The retreat has 14 bungalows sleeping 25 people, two smaller workshop spaces, one large workhop space,  3 swimming pools and luscious fertile gardens. It also has free WI – FI for guests. An added plus is that yoga classes are given daily by certified yoga teachers.

The Blue Lotus Café has great food too catering to vegetarians and non vegetarians.
